Cyprus Health Observatory

Nurses: tell us why you left

If you left nursing or midwifery, let your licence lapse, or are thinking of leaving, your answers help show what would keep nurses in Cyprus.

Tell us why you left nursing or midwifery

The Cyprus Health Observatory is collecting the experiences of nurses and midwives who left the profession, let their licence lapse, or are thinking of leaving. Findings are summarised every week and can be handed to the Ministry of Health as evidence. The Observatory is independent; this is not a Ministry survey.

We do not ask for your name, contact details or workplace. You get a code at the start: keep it to see, download or delete your answers at any time. We store only a scrambled form of the code.

Please do not write names, phone numbers, workplaces or dates in the free-text boxes. If you do, they are removed automatically before anything is saved.

Your answers are counted with others. Counts under 5 are never shown. Short anonymised quotes from your free text are used only if you tick the second box.

Answers are deleted one year after you finish (30 days if you do not finish). Taking part is voluntary and you can stop at any point.
